We also subscribe to the IBM Community that offer an online portal that features a robust support center including user guides, training videos, reporting manuals and FAQs. In addition, IBM’s MaaSters Center provides answers to common questions and a forum to share tips and information about a variety of topics in mobility management.
Training and Education
Thuthukani provides education and training services to fit any need. Standard Mobile360 training for your administrators and help desk staff is provided during your implementation phase. Customized training for anyone in your organization can be delivered in person at your location or online. Training material can be developed and delivered to meet your company’s specialized needs. Recorded training courses and Tips and Tricks are available at any time at the MaaSters Center.
